  Other reviewers both good and bad got it right.
  
  They do NOT accept coupons or reflect seasonal deals like others. This can be very frustrating!
  
  They DO have a great lobby and outside seating for nice weather.
  
  Service is consistently good, not bad or great just good. Since it's close to where we live, we go there. Otherwise, nothing exceptional.

  Yes, this is a beautiful location and seating but what happened today.....I will NEVER set foot in there again!  I was there at lunch time standing in line to place my order and this woman TYRANT came from the back to berate and YELL at her employees that were up front helping the customers.  I have owned my own business and I don't care HOW angry or frustrated you may get, you NEVER YELL at your employees....much less in front of the customers!  We were all just looking at each other in disbelief.  The situation was SO uncomfortable.  Apparently one girl was doing something wrong and SOMEONE "didn't take the bread out of the pans quick enough so it will stick!"  
  
  I was so disgusted and appalled that I would have left if my sandwich wasn't already in the toaster.  If all this wasn't enough....they ran out of green peppers.  The ONLY 2 veggies I get are onions and green peppers.  The owner/manager/tyrant should yell at herself for running out of product and acting so offensively!  All this in addition to my sandwich being so dry, no flavor, and just poor quality all around.  
  
  I've contacted Subway corp and begged them to pull this franchise license...so bad.
  
  Word of advice: There are 100 other Subways in Kenosha....go to ANY other one...

  This subway has an incredible outdoor patio.  What a great place to enjoy a healthy meal!
  
  The girls working inside are really nice.  They did a great job of making our sandwiches for a Saturday morning...no one wants to work on a Saturday morning!  Thanks to them for getting up and giving great customer service.
  
  All Subways are good but this outdoor patio takes it up a notch.

  I have gone to this Subway a few times. They don't take just any Subway coupons they have to be the ones they give out. When subway does the any foot long for 5 dollar  This Subway seams to be different and only offer a few that are fall under the 5 dollar campaign
  
  One of the last time I went to this Subway I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and asked for more Buffalo sauce as I have gotten before at a couple of the other Subways in Kenosha. A woman would was an owner and/or manager piped up 20 feet away with her back to me and said we don't have that. Then turned around and looked at me and saw what I was getting and said Oh. Walked over to us and open the small cooler door behind the counter and pulled out a full bottle of Buffalo sauce. Never saying she was sorry or anything.
  
  I will not be going to this Subway again. I will drive out of my way to the ones on Greenbay Rd before I drop one penny again at this Subway

  Expensive, unfriendly, and staff unavailable. Only Subway that I have walked out of without ordering.
